We have been letting our spacious cottage for more than twenty years on and off. Now we are both retired from the NHS our time is taken up with our two boisterous grandchildren whilst Hector also enjoys his passion for racing. Retirement brings with it the time to ensure we can be on hand for our guests to guarantee they have a truly enjoyable holiday staying in our little cottage. Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling are within an hour from the cottage and locally Biggar just 20 minutes away. We are just two miles away from the stunning New Lanark and Falls of Clyde Conservations areas and World Heritage site. We have a number of very good restaurants locally to suits all tastes. Further afield the cities offer a huge choice catering for all nationalities and cuisines. Travelling to Edinburgh, Glasgow or Stirling takes approximately one hour .There are some excellent Museums and Art Galleries in Glasgow whilst Edinburgh hosts the annual Edinburgh Festival and Tattoo.
