住宿信息
The Nest at Severels is a modern annexe which is newly and stylishly renovated, while keeping many of it's stunning original features and making the most of views of the surrounding garden. It was designed by the architect Walter Greaves in 1980 and it is one of only a very few late 20th Century houses to be granted a rare Grade II listing.
Downstairs the area is light and open plan with a kitchenette and dining booth seating. The lounge is a cosy and relaxing space with garden views and features two sofas, underfloor heating and a smart TV.
There is also a shower room with toilet on the ground floor. This area is modern and light, a very sociable space.
Upstairs there is one king with a small bath within the room. The other room with twin beds which can be configured together and a third small bed available on request. Nestling behind dual aspect windows that frame trees on all sides.
Directly outside resides a secluded dining area. There is plenty of parking (with the facility to charge an electric car - chargeable onsite) as well as bike storage.
Guests enjoy sole access to half of the grounds, so plenty of space to play games, explore the many secret footpaths or just embrace the peace & quiet.
Children are welcome, a cot and high chair are available on request.
For older children (or adults!) there is a tennis court, table tennis table, football goals and badminton. There is also a large trampoline which guests are welcome to use as their own risk. Bats, balls and shuttlecocks can be supplied - quality not guaranteed!
Tennis Court: Available for guests to use during their stay. Coaching can be arranged in advance.
In the garden guests will be able to enjoy an evening around a firepit with seating and a swing BBQ.
There is the potential for 2 extra guests to stay in the main house subject to availability.
Claire is the property owner and she lives onsite. IMPORTANT: If you are booking for arrival today please note we do not accept same day bookings after 6pm
