This is a self catering two bed first floor apartment located right in the city centre of Truro. The Old Smelting works is an old Industrial Building converted with all the advantages of Modern day living. With a private parking space and yet literally five minutes walk from Truro Train station it makes it an ideal base for work or pleasure.
The beautiful Truro Cathedral and city centre with plenty of shops/ restaurants are all within a five minute walk. Everything right on your doorstep.
Enjoy walking my Springer Spaniel in the country side
Truro Train Station is literally a 5-10 minute walk away. Being in the centre of Truro we are very close to all Transport links. Great for exploring this lovely county, so easy to get to the likes of St Ives and Falmouth
