Dating back to the 19th century, The Paddock is located in a residential area, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Keswick. It has homely bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Each room has an en suite shower room with free shampoo, shower gel, hand soap. They also feature tea/coffee and a flat-screen TV. In the morning, a full English breakfast is cooked to order. A continental or vegetarian option is also available. The Paddock Guest House also offers packed lunches at an extra cost and local produce is used wherever possible. In the heart of the Lake District National Park, the guest house is 2 minutes’ walk to Fitz Park and less than a 15-minute walk from Keswick Ferry Landing and the Theatre By The Lake.

This property dates back to the mid 1800's and was a meeting house and stables joined together to make what we now have as "The Paddock Guest House."
We have both lived in the area all our lives and have run "The Paddock Guest House" since November 1999. We have 2 lovely parks in the town where we enjoy taking our Grandchildren to play, they also love walking to the top of "Latrigg" and looking down on the town. The theatre by the lake is a favourite place to go and always very busy.
We have so many activities on the door step. The parks have cricket, football, bowling, tennis, play area, putting green and crazy golf . Swimming pool with wave machine and slide. Lake with motor boats and rowing boats. Lots of mountains to climb and paths to walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants.
