This duplex apartment consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a living/dining room with dining seating for six and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is also a lower-ground-floor snug. The bedrooms consist of a lower-ground-floor king-size and two ground-floor doubles along with two shower rooms. Outside, there is an upper terrace with table tennis and furniture and a lower-ground-floor garden with a hot tub. There is off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub and within 0.9 miles, a beach. The Priory is a superb base for a coastal escape to Devon.

St Marychurch is a charming South Devon suburb near Torquay and Babbacombe Bay. The suburb has taverns, restaurants, takeout, a bakery, and an ice cream shop. Independent boutiques and well-stocked shops are also available. Explore Babbacombe's miniature scenery and inhabitants, or take the Babbacombe Cliff Railway from Oddicombe Beach to the clifftops for breathtaking views. Bygones is a life-size Victorian commercial street with a model train, confectionery shop, and WWI trench reconstruction. The South West Coast Path is nearby, allowing walkers to see Hope's Nose and Thatcher Rock.
