In the apartment you will find 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed and 1 bathroom, ideal for couples, small families or a group of friends looking to explore Norwich. Located close to the train station in the heart of the city centre, it is perfect for a spot of retail therapy, or tickle your taste buds on the Market with an abundance of independent food stalls. The 2 bed first floor apartment has been styled nicely with comfort in mind. Sleeping 5 people (2 doubles, 1 sofa bed). You’ll find a living & dining room with sofa (sofa bed), dining table & smart TV (you will need to log into your own streaming app log ins). 2 bedrooms with double beds. A modern kitchen & bathroom with a shower over the bath & WC. There is designated parking down the side of the property for one vehicle. You have a self-check-in option to make sure you can schedule your time according to your own plans. Property & check in details will be sent 24 hours before check in. The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay. You will always check in to a clean space so you can relax and enjoy your time in the home. There is potential for noise from the nearby road. We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival - 1. No smoking. 2. No pets. 3. No parties 4. No candles And you don’t have to worry; we know that accidents occur from time to time, resulting in damage (we would not charge for one-off crockery breakages, for example). We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before check out. We are very understanding while also responsible for keeping the property in good repair for all our guests.
