The Sanctuary is literally what is says. Tucked away down a private drive in a little oasis of calm. It is an annex to the main house where the owners Mark and Julie live. It is perfection for two people where a well behaved dog is welcome (extra charge). Beautifully furnished in tranquil hues of blue and pristine white. You enter through glass doors in to the living area which is open plan with a kitchenette (microwave, toaster, sink and boiling water tap) comfortable sofa, Smart TV, free wifi and a glass dining table and chairs. There is ample space to chill out and relax as that is what The Sanctuary is all about. A selection of lifestyle books await in the book case so you can really find your inner calm, curl up with a cosy throw in readiness for enjoying all that coastal Exmouth has to offer. There is a separate bedroom with a super-comfy king size bed with luxurious duvet and pillows complemented by good quality white bed linen. There is plenty of on road parking which is free and at the end of the drive on Exeter Road - so literally a minute away. Please note that this is a no smoking property both inside and outside.

The Sanctuary is located in a quiet spot off Exeter Road so you have the benefit of great road links in to Exeter and the M5. Exmouth has excellent rail links so it is possible to holiday without your car. You are within walking distance of Exmouth train station. Exmouth town is a short walk away too, with its eclectic selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and independent shops. All set within the beautiful coastal setting of the Jurassic Coast. There are a myriad of activities to enjoy in Exmouth, with the emphasis on the coast. Paddle boarding, kite surfing, sailing, kayaking, sea swimming, coastal walking, cycling along the Exe Trail - whatever your passion Exmouth is sure to deliver. The coastal path to Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth beyond is easily accessible; the Exe Cycle Path, taking you in one direction to Budleigh Salterton or in the other towards Exeter Quay via Lympstone and Topsham.
