The Studio is a lovely open plan space that has been recently renovated, ideal for couples/a baby and pets are welcome.
The Studio is all ground floor and has a brand-new fitted kitchen, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The bathroom, also has a large walk-in rain shower.
The Studio is a stone’s throw from a lovely country pub and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the local beach.
TV has Freeview and WIFI, towels are provided and no extra cleaning fee.
Free onsite parking.

Climping is a small village in West Sussex, on the south coast. There are a number of highlights to mention such as Climping beach, The Oystercatcher (a country pub) Bailiffscourt hotel and spa and a nice garden centre called The Arundel Gardener. Littlehampton is really close by and has a great marina and a seafront golf course!
