Nearby is the Newark Showground, the venue for many events throughout the year. Other historical towns nearby include Southwell, (Cathedral, Home of the Pilgrim Father's), Grantham (Market Town) and Lincoln - Steep in history with the famous Minster,cobbled streets and museums.
