Windmill House offer two guest rooms, both on the first floor of the Victorian property. The Eden Suite and Tiffy's Snug. The bedrooms are individually designed for comfort, boudoir chic and cosiness. The Eden Suite has a spacious bedroom area with a super king bed and a walk-in dressing room with storage. A large, luxury bathroom with a free standing bath and double walk-in rain shower. It is located at the front of the house with street views. Tiffys' Snug is light and airy. It has a king sized bed plus a spacious en-suite bathroom with power shower. Located to the rear of Windmill House, with lovely views of the garden which lights up at night! Both guest rooms come with luxury bedding, towels, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and treats! Also an ironing board and iron, plus bathrobes and toiletries. Enjoy a luxurious and spacious lounge with comfy seating which over looks the bustling street. Together with an outdoor patio area with seating, to the front of the property.

Windmill House is a townhouse right in the hub the lovely and hugely popular 'leafy' Lytham of Lytham St. Annes. Lytham is its own town (and St Annes town is about three miles away.) Lytham St Annes consists of Lytham then St Annes, Fairhaven and Ansdell. Windmill House is a two minute walk to the cosmopolitan square with a plethora of highly rated Mediterranean and ontrend cafes and restaurants. There's a regular bus stop right outside the property that runs every 15 minutes and goes into St Anne's and Blackpool. Plus the train station which is a four minute walk. Lots of Boutique Shops literally on the doorstep. Nearby restaurants include Zest, Chus, The Deacon and Bosco, 'The County' Pub directly opposite does a great breakfast and reasonablly priced pub grub and drinks. Lytham Kitchen is FAB for home baked food! Just a couple of minutes away is the Ribble Estuary and nature reserve that has a long paved walkway and a large, long green area, where you can take steps down to walk the coastal line and go down the jetty. Also you will find Lytham Windmill which lights up at night. Be sure to enjoy The Queens for stunning gastro food and a drink which is on the coast line that over looks the Estuary. Lytham has everything for those who enjoy quality time, fine dining and picturesque scenery. Lytham Hall is a two minute drive, set in acres of land with a wonderful garden centre and cafe. There's 11 Churches in Lytham and three large golf courses too! Windmill House on Church Road is a couple of hundred yards away from The Lowther Pavilion which offers entertainment and a quaint, historical park, ideal for a stroll.

Lytham is set within the beautiful Fylde Coastal Line and is near to Preston and Blackpool. Easily accessible to Manchester and Liverpool and The Lake District. Also Pendle Hill. Not to mention many small rural villages within the vicinity. There are views of the Welsh mountains, Southport and Liverpool across the Ribble Estuary and Irish Sea! The town is famous for The Lytham Festival and many other events.
