Take a boat trip around the harbour, or the ferry from the east to the west beach during the summer months. This is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, home to one of three sand dune systems in West Sussex, an ideal spot for a picnic and fossil hunting. Littlehampton’s eastern promenade features a 1000ft long bench, thought to be the longest in Britain. Join in the slat engraving scheme, or there is a huge choice of rides and attractions at Harbour Park. The River Arun offers sailing, diving and fishing opportunities.
