The apartment has fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room area. There's free, off street, private parking at the rear of the property. The apartment is located close to Ashbys shopping district and has great transport links.

North Lincolnshire is surprisingly easy to get to. Less than an hour’s drive from the cities of Leeds, Sheffield, Lincoln, York and only 45 minutes from the P & O terminal in Hull.
