The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The combined washing machine and dryer is located in a cupboard in the kitchen. Between the kitchen and living area is a dining table sitting up to 6 people. The living area is fitted with a large sofa facing the smart TV, a glass coffee table and an armchair. You can access the terrace through the glass doors at the back of the living room. BEDROOM This bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed, TV, cabinet and wardrobe. BATHROOM This immaculate bathroom offers a WC, single wash basin and a combined bath tub and shower. TERRACE On a nice warm day you can enjoy relaxing moments in this lovely terrace, decorated with plants and fitted with a table and chairs. Home Truths: No smoking, pets and parties! There is 1 parking space available. As part of the building's efforts to be as sustainable as possible, this home features an eco boiler which may not run as piping hot as some may be used to, but it goes a long way in saving the planet! Please note - this property is for sale, so on very rare occasions there may be the need for a viewing during your stay. We will endeavour to give at least 24 hours notice should this need to happen.
