The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with seating for six people, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a lower-ground-floor living room with seating for six people, a TV, DVD and electric fire, along with a shared external utility offering laundry facilities (coin operated, pound coins required). The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size, a ground-floor twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) and another ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is a private patio with furniture and ample off-road parking. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, you will find a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A selection of books, games and DVDs are available at the property. A highchair and travel cot are also available on request. A stay brimming with character awaits at Water Wheels.
