Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: With freezer and washer/dryer. Lower ground floor: Games room: With double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and Smart TV. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With single bed. Bedroom 3: With single bed. Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and Velux window. Steep stairs to... Second Floor: Bedroom 4: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. . Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
