Established in 2017, Bolthole Retreats markets and lets some of the finest luxury holiday properties throughout the Cotswolds, taking in the counties of Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, South Warwickshire and Worcestershire and parts of Wiltshire and Bath and northeast Somerset in the south. This beautiful, much-loved home is jam-packed with nooks and crannies, character, and plenty of charm. Old beams and exposed stone walls paired with wood-burning stoves and comfy sofas welcome you in, inviting you to stay and relax for a while. Gather your nearest and dearest for wonderful meals in the pretty dining room where you’ll dine under the gentle twinkle of fairy light-strewn beams, and then drift off to sleep after a soak in the huge bathtub. Spend days exploring the medieval delights of Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon; birthplace of William Shakespeare, the rural charms of the Cotswolds, or the heady, adrenalin-fuelled thrills of Silverstone. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large well-established garden with its own ‘pub’ and a summer house, Woodfields has everything you could possibly need for a stay in the country. It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25, or single-sex group celebrations, including stag/hen parties. Kineton is a thriving village with plenty of amenities within walking distance including a pub, Indian restaurant, and a very popular chip shop. There are a number of excellent food pubs within a five-mile radius and attractions such as Compton Verney and National Trust property Upton House Gardens nearby. Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Banbury are all within 10 miles. Supermarkets and Shopping: Kineton is well serviced with two Co-ops, post office, bakery, butchers and a florist, all a few minutes’ walk from the house. Wellesbourne (4 miles) has a Sainsbury’s whilst all the major supermarkets can be found in Banbury, Leamington Spa, Warwick, or Stratford-upon-Avon, none of which are more than 10 miles away.
