fAiRy Dell Guesthouse is cozy accomodation, for your short or longer stay, with welcoming, friendly, helpful hosts Lynn and Andrew, who will also respect your need for peace and privacy. All our rooms are lockable, and all rooms have pleasant garden views and a welcome tea and (chocolate!:-) biscuit tray. Rooms are designed to be therapeutic and calming, no crazy colour schemes. We are located in a woodland setting, with therapeutic nature walks and parks nearby. We are centrally located between Leeds and Bradford, with great motorway links, and clearly signed for your visits to Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, and Manchester, as well as the smaller charming canal town of Brighouse, Cleckheaton, Morley, and many more, where you will find everything you need from interesting boutiques to Ikea, bigger retail parks and city shopping. Children are very welcome. For children, Eureka (Halifax), ice skating and theatre (Bradford), trampoline and football (Leeds) and much more. We are also less than an hour's drive from the beautiful city of York, Skipton/ Bolton Abbey and the Yorkshire Dales.

fAiRy Dell Guesthouse is located in the green, leafy semi-rural area of Oakenshaw, between Leeds and Bradford. There are charming walks with small lakes, babbling brooks, woodland and wildlife. We have pubs, a cafe, fish and chip shop, take-aways, Tesco and Asda, a train station within walking distance, a large park and The Greenway which is an old unused former railway track, now repurposed into a paved Sustrans cycle and walking track, encompassed by nature, it runs from Oakenshaw near to our accomodation to Dewsbury.
