We specialise in serviced accommodation across the Midlands with properties in Burton-on-Trent, Tamworth, Codsall, Swadlincote, Cannock, Banbury, Lichfield and Stoke-on-Trent. Our aim is to offer guests comfort and amenities within slightly quirky surroundings and to always offer the best. We have taken our time over the design of each individual property and love the effect that we have created. Within these surroundings we bring industrial yet modern interiors and incorporate up cycling and hand finished furniture. Our colour schemes are right up to the minute and we aim to keep abreast of the latest designs. Woodstock is a retro designed 3 bedroom home, located in Codsall. Close to Wolverhampton, with transport links to Birmingham, Stafford and Shrewsbury. The property sleeps a maximum of 5 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. All beds are made up ready for your arrival with freshly professionally laundered hotel quality bed linen and fluffy white towels. The uniquely styled retro bathroom features and over the bath shower, toilet and basin. Down stairs you will find a spacious hall way and large living dining area which runs from the from to the back of the property. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, which leads through to a laundry room with sink, washing ,machine and tumble dryer. The door to access the rear garden can also be found in the laundry room. IMPORTANT:We take great pride in our properties and, as such we are committed to protecting them, ensuring they are kept in first class condition for all our guests, present and future to enjoy. With that in mind and sadly plenty of experience of unsavoury guests, we have made the difficult decision to insist all guests pay a refundable damage deposit prior to arrival. Upon booking we will ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then invoice you for the damage deposit. once received, we will forward your check in details prior to your arrival. Please ensure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in. Refunds will be processed 72 hours of departure providing no damage has taken place or any need for specialist cleaning and can take up to 10 day to appear in your account.

A quiet, leafy neighbourhood within easy reach of Wolverhampton and Stafford. Easily accessible for such attractions as Moseley Old Hall, and Wightwick Manor and Gardens and West Park. Also great for Wolves supporters to attend a game within 13 minutes drive or a visit to Birmingham. Birmingham has many attractions including symphony Hall, The Hippodrome, The sea life centre, Lego discovery centre, The Think Tank the natural history museum and the Bullring shopping centre, to name but a few. Woodstock is also well placed to visit Shropshire, Iron bridge and Shrewsbury.
