You'll have a great time at this luxurious Art Deco Building and flat (with Lifts), within the heart of Edinburgh City Centre. The flat consists of 1 Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and a double bed settee in the lounge to cater for a family stay up to 4 people. It is fully equipped for everything needed for a short stay, (Dressing Gowns, slippers, Hairdryer, Iron Board, Iron, Clothes Steamer, Toiletries and if you cook, a selection of spices). Numerous amenities and Edinburgh view. Please note that check-in time to our apartment usually is between 16.00 and 18.00. Additional fee applies for late check-in. If you are planning to arrive after 18:30, please send us a message first to check availability and the additional fee. Early check-in might be possible, if needed, depending on availability. When apartment is booked for two people we assume that they will share one bed in the bedroom. If you need additional bed for the 2-nd person, there are two options we can offer: 1) extra bed linen provided (setting up of sofa bed would be done by the guest), additional fee 25 GBP, 2) full set up of sofa bed before guests' arrival, additional fee 75 GBP. Please let us know when booking your stay if you need extra bed linen / sofa bed. Parking is available in a car park nearby, halfway along Semple street on the left.

Entertainment on Lothian Road Usher Hall The Usher Hall is Edinburgh's concert hall, funded by Andrew Usher, a whisky distiller and blender. It opened in 1914 and is the home of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. Over the years, the hall has hosted a variety of events, including politics, religion, charity fundraisers and sport, as well as music. In 1972 it even hosted the Eurovision Song Contest! Festival Square The square was created as part of the redevelopment of the Lothian Road area after the closure of the Princes Street Station at the end of the 1960s. Opposite the Usher Hall and with the Sheraton Hotel as a backdrop, the hotel and square were built in 1985 and is used as a social area during the Edinburgh Festivals, and for annual and special events throughout the year, the large screen allowing access to televised events. Odeon Cinema The entrance to the Odeon cinema is only 20m from the main entrance to Lothian House and Your Art Deco Suite! Filmhouse The Filmhouse was established in 1978 in the disused St Thomas Church on Lothian Road. It is an independent cinema with a cafe and 3 screens showing quality crowd-pleasers and family films to restored classics.
