This place is unique as it is great for budget travellers, who want peace and quiet yet close enough to everything. We have just installed a FRIDGE for the comfort of our clients. This is a small bed-sit, which is great for one person ONLY! This has no kitchen but has a kettle and a toaster with some glasses and all that you see in the pictures. This place has a bedroom, inc. a fan. A place to charge your phone and a bathroom, toilet and shower. WE OFFER FREE WI FI. Brand New Fridge. This also has creature comforts like: soap, fluffy towels, and soap. There is a Balcony on top which you can use by putting a table and chairs and you can watch lovely sunsets. This makes for a nice place to have breakfast or dinner, with a great bottle of wine. We now have a STANDARD APARTMENT also, which does not at present have a/c but has the basic essentials for a one-bed apartment, as seen in the pictures. If it is not in the pic, we don't have it. There is wi-fi. For a few days to a week's break, or in transit tourists or locals just wanting to get away from it all; for peace and quiet away in nature. A short bus ride away to the town centre (about 15 minutes or a taxi ride away to the airport. (about 15 minutes) Sometimes, we don’t want to spend a fortune in a hotel, so here is an excellent alternative for budget-minded clients. There is a nice sea view and local attractions inc. Fort Frederick and Fort Matthew with fantastic views over St George and the airport within a few minute's walk. (to Fort Frederic) Spend 8 nights and we will pay for your airport shuttle to bring you to the property. (one way only)

We have several properties serving the needs of our diverse clientele. This one came about because travellers kept asking for reasonably priced accommodation, smaller and more in their budget. We came up with this option, which still had many creature comforts.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. The St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School is just opposite to our property and lends it self as a great land mark, as everyone knows where this place is. As stated this is local sight seeing attractions within walking distance to this place and a bus stop is outside taking you to St. Georges. The other side to St. Davids.
