Magnificent Villa , Designed to comfort your stay and to make it memorable . In the front yard there is a swimming pool (10x4) for your pleasure ( from May to Oct) , surrounded by Palm trees and on the side you can enjoy making your own BBQ ( All season ) while hearing waterfall ( Except Winter) . Also we have a grand fireplace in the wine cellar with unlimited wood supplied you can enjoy your evening and sharing mamories with your friends and family on a Tea chat . 6 Bedroom out of 7 have their own balconies from where you have lovely views over the Tbilisi and you can even see Caucasus mountains and Mkinvartsveri height in particular . All bedrooms have AC and own shower rooms , some with Bath too. Please refer to photos for more details .
We are still young married couple . Both Georgians who met each other in England in 2003 while being on Internship in Hotel operating business and since then we are together . We lived in England , Studied postgraduate in Scotland and Worked in Ireland in a Hotels and Restaurants . Geno at F&B manager and Restaurant manager positions and Nino as a housekeeping manager position. Shindisi Residence is located only 10 min drive from the Tbilisi town center ( Liberty square ). Shindisi / Tabakhmela / Kojori are now called VIP residential villages , with a high income segment residents . Fresh air and full of oxegin you will feel here any season .
