In just short walk there are all sorts of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc You can take a walk to newly renovated Marjanshvili or walk along the river bank or go to centre for more sighting. The neighbourhood is generally quite all though being at the centre the city buzzing is just a min away. There is large yard and a parking slot. Generally it is a lovely place. Transportation wise its located ideally as there are many buses staying in 30 metres from the building. And the metro station is extremely close 7 min and handy for use and go around Tbilisi. Most of the old centre Agmashenebeli street, Vera , the Parliament or Freedom Square and Sololaki is walking distance.
