The property is newly constructed and finished to a high standard, centred around a mature garden and swimming pool.
The property has studio, one bed and two bedroomed apartments. Each apartment has double bed, lounge, equipped kitchen and WC/shower room. Air conditioned or fan. SatTV, table and lounge chairs. Fibre optic WI-FI.
The apartments have 24 hour security with staffed personal and camera surveillance. Car parking is secure and patrolled on site.
