One of the least touristic yet wonderful areas of Athens with many things to offer. Pagrati/Mets are full of hip bars & cafés from high-end Michelin star dining (Spondi) to more casual joints (Fish Point) with its half-fish market/half-sushi offerings. Just minutes from Alsos Park where you can find a perfect afternoon walk in the wooded pine tree grounds. This area is situated just behind the Panathenaic stadium and at the far end, it meets the First Cemetery of Athens. Go there for a peaceful round and visit many 19th century graves.
