FOR 2023 SEASON, and only for 2023 season, as prices are based on occupancy, guests will have access to a number of bedrooms proportional to the guests booked (for example: 6 guests booked, 3 bedrooms available; 18 guests booked, 9 bedrooms available), while the other bedrooms will remain closed. Inside, Villa Trousas is set over 3 floors and has been beautifully renovated to provide a superior and contemporary holiday experience to match perfect location with high standards of accommodation. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with adjoining fully equipped kitchen, dining area for all the guests, veranda, laundry room and WC. A bedroom with double bed, terrace and en-suite bathroom is also available at this level: this room has been cleverly designed to be accessible also with guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair. The first and second floor are occupied by the main sleeping area: there are 2 x 2 bedroomed suites on each floor, perfect for offering maximum privacy at night yet with the bonus large common areas on the lower floor when all the guests want to stay together. Each suite has a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower, balconies and a breakfast area with mini kitchenette. The upper floor also offers lovely views through the village of Kassiopi up to the sea. For the convenience of our guests, the property is fully air-conditioned. Outside, Villa Trousas has been carefully designed to offer all the benefits of a detached holiday home yet in the heart of a famous tourist resort. Guests will have at their disposal a sparkling private swimming pool, sunbeds, shades, as well as barbecue and dining facilities to fully enjoy a truly Greek holiday. With clean water and surrounded by lush greenery, Kassiopi beaches attract many visitors every summer. Kassiopi has 5 main beaches, along with several other less known, namely Kalamionas, Pipitos, Kanoni, Bataria and Imerolia. All of those Kassiopi beaches are accessible on foot, about 4-10 minutes walkin from the vila. There are dozens of shops, bars and excellent restaurants in Kassiopi therefore a car is not required.
