While our firsthand knowledge of the stresses associated with short-term relocations drove us to create spaces that give you a real sense of feeling entirely at home, down to every last detail.

Upon entering the home, your eyes are immediately drawn to the stunning stained glass window that provides a dazzling cascade of colors throughout the open plan living and kitchen space. The fully equipped kitchen is framed by an original marble sink and stone setting. With its open plan layout, it is the perfect space to host guests and cook up a storm of local fresh cuisine. The plush queen-sized bed is framed by a stunning feature wall and is naturally lit by the afternoon sun pouring in through the high windows. A charming loft above the bed adds an additional spot to relax and unwind. The highlight of the home is the lovely outdoor terrace with tasteful furniture that makes it the ideal space for enjoying some sun and breathing in some fresh Greek air. With lush greenery and original tiling, it is the perfect place for a peaceful morning Nespresso or evening glass of wine. Eden is the embodiment of a peaceful sanctuary while still being ideally located in the midst of vibrancy the city of Athens holds.

Nestled in a fabulous location right in the heart of Athens City, offering stunning views of the Acropolis just a quick stroll around the corner. Only a few blocks away from the home is the charming Avdi Square, known for its bustling restaurant and cafe scene that's always filled with locals. While the area is considered up-and-coming, it still carries the remnants of the Country's economic crisis. Despite its rough-around-the-edges vibe, the neighborhood is also a hub for the city's art movement, comparable to New York's Meatpacking District or Berlin’s Neukölln in the early 1990s. The neighbouring suburb of Kerameikos also underwent a similar development and is now blooming, making Metaxourgeio an exciting place to be right now amidst the change.
