Etesians Villa is part of our exclusive collection of country holiday homes boasting a private heated pool & whirlpool (with extra fee). Think private terrace, dining area, outdoor playground, ping pong table, nature’s revitalisation and traditional architect-designed spaces offering absolute privacy. The Villa is designed with space and sharing in mind. This charming home blissfully set on the Cretan countryside, in Episkopi Village, is a rural idyll and will definitely seduce you under its spell. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a family or a group of friends and can accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. In addition, 2 more guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed (which can be placed either in one of the double bedrooms with the Queen Size beds, or in the living room area) and the other one in the single sofa of the living room. The maximum capacity of the Villa is 10 guests. Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature. 
- Additional Fees | 50euro/day for the first two days & 35euro/every additional day. - Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.

Location Overview Episkopi is a small town near to the famous city of Rethimno, overlooking the northern coast of Crete, and the green and fertile valley of Mousselas river. Episkopi is the administrative and commercial centre of the area, providing quite a few facilities such as tavernas, supermarkets, a bakery, an ATM machine, a post office, as well as a fish shop and a butchery. The homonym beach Episkopi is located really close, just 5 minutes away by car, in a fertile valley with lowlands. It is a long beach, which is sandy and shallow, like most beaches of Northern Crete. It is very well organised, since there are many hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars and all the amenities one could need. In the western part of the beach you can find places with lifeguards, showers, changing rooms, umbrellas, snack bars, water sports, etc., perfect for children. However, given its large size, you can certainly find a quiet spot, especially in the eastern part. Lastly, at the beginning of the beach on the east side there is an opportunity for naturism.
