The house is 98m², situated 180 m from the sea. Fully renovated, it is made to make you feel home. In 3 levels with a fully equiped kitchen, 2 airconditions, a noiseless ceiling fan in the 1st floor bedroom and a fireplace in the living room. There also exists an extra matress so a 10th person can be hosted. There are 2 sofas in the living room, the one a sofa bed. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave oven, mixer, blender, toasters, filter coffee machine, esspresso coffee pot, kettle. The two beds in the ground floor can be united to create a king-size bed. All the rooms have wardrobes. The whole house is at the disposal of the guests. Please, take care as if it was yours. The groundfloor is accessible by disabled people. A special wheelchair for disabled people offers access to the beach and sea. There is a special corridor that allows access for the wheelchair. There is also a barbeque available.

Friendly neighbours in a quite 9 houses complex. There is a supermarket 150m from the house and many restaurants and cafes around. At the beach there are offered umbrellas and deck chairs, but there is place for your own private umbrella. Nearby there is a water sport center.
