Please do keep in mind that Kria Springs is not a hotel, but a family house that we accommodate guests at. As such, despite the recent renovation the building retains some infrastructure issues that need to be taken into consideration: 1) The outdated wiring setup that can't handle too many electrical appliances at once. The water boiler especially, can't be running at the same time with anything else, so before using it you must make sure that there are no other appliances active. Otherwise the electricity rig fails and it requires technicians to fix it. Important: Since quite a few guests do not take the above warnings seriously, we had to pay technicians' fees far too often. As such, we are forced to implement a 25 euro fine on such cases. 2) the lack of central heating installation (covered with electric heaters and A/C). 3) The house has neither a telephone line nor an Internet connection. Parking: Even though there is parking spots available right outside the house, since the road is really steep and narrow, we strongly recommend that you park your vehicle in the free municipality parking lot instead, located only 2 mins on foot from the property.
