A brand new self-catering apartment finished in 2022. Located in the first floor of a family building in the center of Argostoli. Just a few minutes away on foot to the Central Square, Lithostroto street and the port. A variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets are in walking distance. It consists of two bedrooms with one double bed in the first bedroom and a bunk bed from solid pine in the second bedroom (Please note that max weight /sleeping level is 100kg and that the upper bed of bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years due to the risk of injury from falls). The bathroom has a walk in shower. The living room has a pull out sofa which can be turned into a bed for one person. Our kitchen is fully equipped and is at your disposal. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances as needed. We have plenty of storage space available for groceries. There is also a cute little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon spirit. It’s full A/C with powerful AC units and all rooms have windows screens so you don’t have to worry about mosquitoes and other insects. There is no elevator in the building so the apartment is only accessible by stairs. There is a dog (mini poodle 10kg) in the apartment next door, who is very afraid of strangers, especially men, please don’t try to pet it.He does not have access to the house that you will be staying.

The apartment is very close to the main attractions and the center of Argostoli, yet it is located in a quiet neighborhood, so you can get rest after a long day. The closest grocery store is approximately 180m or 1 minute away by foot. There are also a number of different shops, banks, bars, and restaurants nearby. Please let us know if you are searching for a specific type of store or restaurant, and we can point you in the right direction! You can take a bus or your car for a ten minute drive to the best beach on the island, Makris Gialos. Within 5 minutes walk you will reach the main shopping street of the island, Lithostroto. Take a stroll through Vallianos square with its variety of restaurants, bars and cafes or down to the waterfront to see the biggest stone Bridge in Europe, De Bosset Bridge, and the turtles Careta-Careta.
