On a quiet street in Saint Paul neighbourhood, near to the Seih Sou forest, at the edge of the Upper Town with the Macedonian architecture houses and the rambling alleys, there is the renovated apartment of 60sqm, in which we maintain elements of Greek tradition, enriched with today’s comfort and with sensitive to the environment. The apartment has one double-bed bedroom and two reels/beds in the living room, fully equipped kitchen,a good sized bathroom and a small balcony to relax enjoying the sea view. The northern stairs near to the apartment lead you to the “Tower of Triangles”, the Acropolis and the three Wall Gates, which were tightly closed during the Byzantine years to prevent intruders from entering the old city. Going down through the south side of the road you stead next to the Byzantine Walls that surrounded the old city. Walking alongside the Byzantine Walls you reach in 25'-35' the White Tower and the city centre.

The Saint Paul neighborhood is considered to be the “balcony” of Thessaloniki! It's really close to the city center, while at the same time it receives oxygen and cool breeze the Seih Sou forest . As a visitor, living among the monuments of the past, you feel like you are touring in an open museum!! In 2’ time from the apartment there are stores to cover your needs in food (bakery, bougatsa, coffee, souvlaki, gyros, pizza, taverns), in supplies (mini market, corner shop, butcher’s store, grocery store), in services (hair salon, laundry store) ,in health issues (family doctor, paediatrician, pharmacy). Even more, the neighborhood has several places for entertainment, and many places for sport activities as well (basketball court, park, open theatre with various events, hiking paths in the forest, zoo). More over the neighborhood is close to the ring road, which grants the possibility of easy transportation to farther destinations in and around the city. You reach the center in 30-35' walking along the walls and enjoying the sea view. The downhill is pleasant but not the uphill...
