Israelit is not a 5 star hotel. missing a lot of the amenities is should have. no 24/7 room service. not as clean as it should be - towels grey from white, asked to changed bed sheets several times it did not happen. turndown service does not exist. mini bar was not refilled. restaurants are not open all day just between certain hours. asked for better pillows, but they said they don’t have something else.
