Artist's apartment. 10 minutes away from anywhere!!!15 minutes from the airport and Corfu Town. No rough traffic on roads. Private parking.This cozy 55 sq meters apartment is full of the artist's paintings on the ground floor , set back from the road overlooking beautiful trees !!!!The apartment is decorated by my paintings !!! It is a block of 3 apartments in one of which i stay as well!!!!!! located in #agios ioannis, close areas included #aqualand, #pelekas #glyfada, #kontogialos #ermones .
i am a professional artist (painter) ,well known in the art clubs in Corfu island. .
agios ioannis village is the very first destination where tourists came to visit Corfu for the first time, probably in 1960's and through the hippy's, rock & roll period .It used to be a worldwide hippy's destination.The first building that run as a hotel (used to be a manor house) ever in Corfu , is still located in the central square of the village and is listed of a very architectural importance!!!!There are too many tourists still keep coming since then, almost every year and many of them own houses in the area as they are a part of the village now!!!!!They call themselves... 'The Aghiots".....!!!the population of the village in 1960's were 100 people and now we are about 400 and we are all relatives!!!!!! busstop outside the house,private parking.
