This unique atmospheric residence, characterized as Heritage monument, has been carefully reconstructed from its stone ruin previous state preserving all the traditional elements such as the fireplaces, stone ovens, water reservoir and pottery and respecting the local rural architecture using natural and locally sourced materials. Located in Nikia serene village, it is set between the volcanic landscape and the breathtaking views of the Aegean sea.
Enjoy the connection made from the short hospitality interaction with perfect strangers! The brief exchange of different stories and backgrounds is exhilarating!
A small and quite village organized around narrow white washed streets which lead to the main square. The village square maintains two cafes - restaurants and a church with well preserved architectural features of Italian occupation era. Guests are being led to the property once they arrive to the island main port by our collaborator. It is a 15 minute drive to the main car parking and entrance to the village of Nikia. Once there they will be guided to the house and its facilities. The picturesque village is easily walked through its main attraction being the square where the church and two cafes - restaurants are located.
