A recently and fully renovated maisonette in the heart of the old town of Lefkada 80sqm. The maisonette consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa that turns into a double bed. We offer childrens playpen upon request There is a front balcony ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink. All rooms have air conditioning, window screens, free wi-fi.The kitchen is an example of the architecture of the old town of Lefkada, according to which the wooden skeleton of the house was perfectly aligned with the stone masonry and created a completely harmonious and anti-seismic construction. It is fully equipped with fridge, fitted kitchen, basic kitchenware, kettle, toaster, espresso and filter coffee maker and full service. The house also has flat-screen TVs in the lounge and in the bedrooms, washing machine, iron, ironing board. There is an inner staircase with upper and lower protection for children. On arrival we offer our guests a basket of locally sourced welcome products
My name is Anastasia. I am married with 2 children. I grew up in Melbourne, Australia and have been living in Lefkada for the last few years where I work.I like excursions, meeting people and cultures around the world and I really appreciate the kindness and sincerity
The maisonette has a private entrance, independent. There is public parking about 100 meters away. The house is 50 meters from the city's main pedestrian street with many options for coffee, dining and shopping
