Welcome to your seaside escape — a charming 72 sqm detached house built right on the rocks by the sea. Surrounded by a lush garden with barbecue facilities and a spacious yard overlooking the island of Thasos, this home comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
A winding stone staircase leads directly to the rocky beach, perfect for swimming or fishing. The property offers a range of free amenities, including private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cleaning and bath products, coffee, tea, and more.
Located just 100 meters from the small port known as “Sfageia” (formerly used as slaughterhouse facilities — don’t worry, no longer in use!), the area is now affectionately called “Kastella.” In the 1950s, this exact spot was home to a famous live music venue named “Kastella,” where locals danced to bouzouki music under the stars. [Fun fact: The orchestra once played in what is now the garden, and the dance floor was right in the yard!]
