Scattered in the traditional village of Megalochori, within 2.5 km from Perissa Beach, Ducato Wine Village offers studios and luxurious villas with private pools or hot tubs. Transfer from the airport or port is available. Opening out to a private courtyard, the villas of Ducato Wine Village are elegantly decorated with built-in beds, antique items and wooden or tiled floors. Each includes a bathroom with bathrobes and slippers. A TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and an iPod Docking Station are available. Guests can start their day with a breakfast served at a nearby restaurant located on the main village square, upon charge. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found within a short walk from the property. A 24-hour concierge service, porter service and a daily cleaning are available. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Cooking classes and wine tasting can be organized. Ducato Wine Village is located 7 km from Fira and 12 km from Santorini National Airport. Perivolos Beach is at 5 km, while the scenic Oia is 20 km away. Free public parking is possible nearby.

Ducato Wine Village began as the dream of one developer, who saw beyond the rubble and crumbling ruins that remained of Santorini following the earthquake that devastated the island in 1956, particularly in a charming little village called Megalochori. Each home in the Ducato Wine Village collection began with this same vision: historical ruins within a traditional village setting would be rejuvenated as luxury homes: private and secluded, within the unique setting of authentic Santorini villages. Once grandiose mansions of Santorini’s former wealthy wine-making families, wine cellars with massive open vaulted spaces, and traditional Santorini houses were lovingly renovated with painstaking attention to original detail and individuality. Ducato Wine Village owns a Tesla electric car with maximum occupancy of 4 guests, which can be rented to guests upon prior arrangement and subject to availability.
