Two bedroom 100 sq.m. villa near Gavalohori in peaceful and private location on the forested outskirts with spectacular views of the White Mountains and the Sea. The ground floor cosists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, WC, storage room, large terraces with outdoor lounges, private pool and amazing views. On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with an outdoor lounge and fantastic views. It can accomodate 4 people + 1 or 2 extra (an 1 - 2 extra single reclining beds can be placed upon request in a living room, total up to 6 people). It also has autonomous heating, solar water heater, A/C in each room and is furnished with all electrical appliances (electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine), satellite TV and WIFI. The outdoor area is landscaped with flowers, trees, stone decorations, barbeque, 2 swimming pools with sun loungers and parking. The property is on 1,300 sq.m. plot with stone fencing and gate with remote control. Available for short term rentals immediately and for long time rental from 01/11/2022 till 30/04/23.
