The microclimate of the pines ensures a quiet night. It also features excellent acoustic and thermal insulation, ensuring you stay cool even during hot summer days. The garden features a stone BBQ grill and a stone bench built in a pergola for visitors to enjoy. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, including an electric stove, fridge, washing machine, and separate freezer. It can accommodate up to 4 people with three beds (one double and two singles) and is located only 350 meters (5 minutes walking distance) from the beach. This is suitable for a family or two couples, with four separate verandas that offer a unique view. Comfortable parking places are located next to the entrance of the villa.
