CEPHALONIA VERDE lies within an 5 acre family estate with kid friendly playing equipment. TWO BEDROOM HOUSE is a 100 sq.m two storey maisonette with a large private veranda overlooking Argostoli on the one side and Saint George’s Castle on the other. Was built in 2011 and sleeps up to 6 guests. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room with T.V, A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a WC with washing machine. The open plan kitchen has all of the necessary cookware. In the living room the sofa converts into 2 single beds. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with high quality mattresses , A/C and a bathroom. HOLIDAY HOME is a stone cottage house of 42 sq.m. Its construction is of stone with a wooden roof , it was fully restored in 2017. The air conditioned house stands on one floor, and consists of one bedroom , a fully equipped kitchen, a small lounge, a dining table, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Two sofa beds have high quality mattresses and transform into two single beds . There is an open plan kitchen with all the necessary cookware. Outside there is a courtyard with a wooden lounge set and a large wooden pergola.

The airport is just 9 km away where you can find more sandy beaches like Ammes, Minies, Spassmata. Also within 2 km you can visit the picturesque village of St George, which is built on a nearby hill and admire the magnificent Venetian Castle of St George and the view to Zakynthos. Monastery of Agios Andreas Milapidias is 4 km from the accommodation. Within 500 meter there is super market, gas station, café-playground. There is a pharmacy at 2km. Peaceful and private environment, but very close to the vibrant town of Argostoli!
