Renovated residence of 60 sqm in a privately owned, fenced plot of 500 meters. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open-plan living room with sea view.There is a 45 sqm veranda shaded by pine trees and the courtyard around the house is ideal for any use.The location,3 km from the port, offering privacy, and quick access to town. In a minute, by foot you reach a public beach, in 2 min you access Papalimani a fully organized beach. The relatively isolated location of the house is ideal for relaxation. You can enjoy the sea and the surrounding nature without any inconviences. Guests have full access to all areas of the house and courtyard, except for the small warehouse behind the house.
