This stylish, spacious, and full of natural sunlight three-bedroom apartment of 120 sqm is fully renovated in 2022 making the house an aspirated place for relaxing moments, gazing at a panoramic view of Athens, starting from dawn until late at night.

The bustling, glamorous district of Kolonaki brings together world-renowned boutiques, galleries, museums as well as a variety of the best restaurants and cafe bars. Kolonaki is the most upmarket region of Athens, popular for its chic residents, neat restaurants, a big variety of cafes, and a wide number of fashion designer shops. It is considered the diamond of Athens because of its aristocratic structure in combination with its great architectural interest that makes it a source of culture and quality entertainment. Its most important feature, which makes it the most sought after, is that all kinds of shops, as well as the historic center of Athens, are within easy walking distance and it is only 10 minutes away by foot, from the most central metro station ("Syntagma" stop).
