Holiday Villa Vee is one of a trio of detached holiday homes set well back from the road in fully enclosed and children friendly garden. The houses are a good distance from each other and each has a private terrace with traditional brick BBQ and garden. The balcony and terrace are furnished for guests to relax and enjoy the wonderful environment. There is gated off road parking in the shade behind the house. Ground floor comprises of open plan living area comfortably furnished including 3-seater and 2-seater sofas, an armchair, dining table, flatscreen TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a small double sofa-bed in the living area suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. We can provide 1 extra folding bed upon request. There is a shower room with WC on the ground floor. The kitchen is very well equipped including dishwasher. Washing machine, clothes drying rack and ironing facilities are provided. Upstairs there is a second shower room and 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) each with wardrobes and access to a big front balcony which has a beautiful view of the sunset. There is a big 24000BTU A/C upstairs opposite both bedrooms and the windows have insect nets. Outside there is a pergola attached to the house for shade over the BBQ area. A large outdoor dining table with 6 director's chairs and 2 sun loungers are also provided.

Guests will meet our English friend Claire, who will issue the keys, show guests around the house and how everything operates. She lives nearby so will also help out in case guests have any issues during their stay.

It is a quieter location 15 minutes’ walk from the centre of Nea Skioni, a charming fishing village on the west coast of Kassandra. People often return to stay in Nea Skioni because they like that it is friendly and not overcrowded as other places on the peninsula. It is better to have a car so that you can really explore the whole area but not essential. There are 3 grocery stores, a fantastic bakery, 2 butchers, 3 fishmongers, a patisserie, a pharmacy, ATM cashpoint, a few souvenir shops and a decent selection of restaurants. The best feature of the resort is the harbour, which is lovely to walk around in the evenings and you can buy fresh fish straight from the fishing boats! There is a long mostly sandy beach and the central section has sunbeds and parasols free of charge for customers of the beachfront restaurants. There is also a big square where children play, a beach volleyball court, showers and a kiosk with rides, games machines, cold drinks, ice creams, cigarettes etc.
