My home is located in the heart of Corfu old town (UNESCO heritage site), at the first floor of a typical historical building, in the pedestrian zone: it overlooks the Nikiforou Theotoki st and the “Plakada t’Aghiou”- the 3 Churches lively square. It's impossible to be more central than this! It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is composed of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a dining room and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning system. There is a smart tv in the living room. The apartment was renovated 2 years ago, while the kitchen and the bathroom have just been renovated once again (new photos will be uploaded in a few days) to satisfy all my guests needs. We’re taking extra care to sanitize our space due to the pandemic. You will find both household and hand sanitizers, apart from all the essential amenities. All points of interest are only a few minutes walk away. Also, the town beaches like Faliraki, Corfu Sailing Club, NAOK, Anemomylos and Palaiopolis, can be reached on foot. Nearby there are 2 free parking areas: one at the Spianada Square, the other at the Spilia Square.

As soon as you are at Nikiforou Theotoki street (one of the main commercial areas of Corfu, the road which starts from the centre of Liston and ends at Spilia, near the old port) a beautiful sound of musical instruments will reach your ears. It is the Philarmonic Society of Corfu, known as the "Old" one, rehearsing in the building since 1840. In front of the apartment there is the “Plakada t’Aghiou” (officially called "Iroon Kypriakou Agona Square") surrounded by three churches: St. Spyridon (Corfu Patron St.), Panagia ton Xenon (Strangers' Madonna) and St. John Church. Going towards Spilia, you will find a supermarket on your right hand and a fruit and vegetable shop on your left hand. In the corner of this shop, there is a small narrow road (in corfiot dialect we call it "kantuni") that leads to some shops with typical products such as spices, local tea etc. Going back to the main street you will find St. Vassilios Church, many souvenir shops and St. Antonios Church. Arriving at the end of the main road, at Spilia, you can taste some typical local plates at the restaurants hidden at the kantounia and you can visit St. Theodora Church (Metropolitan Church).
