We fell in love with Tinos island on our first trip there and we bought the land and constructed the house to accommodate our large family and to have lost of friends visiting. It is a very unique location for the island to be so close to the sea and the house is a labour of love. We know the hidden gems of the island, both with respect to natural beauty areas as well as where to eat ( it is famous for the quality of its restaurants) and what to do so guests are welcome to ask any questions about what the island offers. Art lovers will enjoy the many galleries and music lovers the many festivals and concerts. Dance lovers will love the many fiesta that are organised in the various villages and bar lovers have a wide range of options to choose from. Hikers will also love Tinos and there are many paths that have been traced and documented and you can buy relevant maps - both mostly flat but also quite adventurous for the more fit.

The property is located in the Bay of Kardiani or as the locals call it Paralia Giannaki, directly in front of the sea. The house is situated in Kardiani Bay (Paralia Giannaki) and the house is 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach with a trendy beach bar 'Dear John'. At the other side of the bay there is also a well known restaurant "Ntinos" with people coming from all over the island to taste its food. From the main city of Tinos, the property is 20 minutes drive and there there is everything you main need from supermarkets, health clinic, restaurants, clubs, travel agents etc. The island also has many villages - both by beaches and in the mountains that each one offers its own cuisine, beauty and hiking and shopping possibilities. Most villages will have a fiesta in the summer months and this is a must do for any visitor - local food delicacies, music, dancing and fun.
