Villa Petra is a detached vacation rental property located in Protaras, Larnaca Region. Villa Petra can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (South-East Facing) with barbecue. Inside offers an open plan downstairs area with a spacious living / dining room and access to the back garden. Patio doors lead to back veranda and a private swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar. There is also a guest WC / shower room. Heading upstairs you will find 3 separate bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with wood flooring and access to private verandas. The master bedroom offers En-Suite bathroom. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a separate utility room and access to the loft. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
