In compliance with the new government regulation on disposable plastic products, hotels in Hong Kong are prohibited from providing complimentary disposable plastic toiletries and disposable plastic-bottled water in guest rooms starting from 22 April 2024.

We have taken into consideration the impact of the new regulation on the guest experience and will provide the following amenities in the rooms: toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, hair dryers, electric kettles, and coffee and tea making facilities, as well as bath gel, shampoo & conditioner, and hand wash in refillable dispensers. Hotel COZi is a smoke-free hotel; smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Deposit will be collected upon guest check-in.

Admission to the swimming pool is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Hotel rooms cannot be used for group events or parties, including farewell bachelor parties and marriage parties.
