Spacious east side balcony with beautiful mountain view , equipped with a coffee table and a dining table with chairs. The Apartment is completely renovated and refurnished with air -conditioning in the living room area and free wi-fi . In the center of the living room area there is a smart TV set with Netflix package and Alexa device to feed you information and music. It consists of a King size bedroom with en suite shower and two double bed bedrooms .There is also one more bathroom with a bath and a toilet. The open kitchen and dining area as well as the living room is 40 m3 . There is also a stretch sofa for 2 in the living room. The place contains everything from bed linen, towels and extra covers. Shower gels,toilet paper and toiletries , washing powder and detergents are also available . Kitchen has all the necessary appliances from microwave , coffee machine, toaster ,blender to the whisk mixer. There are teas and coffee available as well as some olive oil and salt and sugar.

The Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartment .The bus line takes you to the center,the beaches and all the important sights in the town. There is also a supermarket and a bakery 50 m from the apartment. Opposite the apartment there is a small shop working 6.00 -00.00. Kaufland shopping mall for groceries, pharmacy, butchery ,clothes and shoe store is only 5-10 minutes walk .Mall center Split is also 10-15 min walk . Car is unnecessary around the city.Only to explore further locations. The closest beach is Žnjan - 9 min by car. Free parking space is in front of the apartment. Bus line 3 (bus stop in front of the apartment) goes to Trznica (city centre) , Bacvice beach ,Firule beach , Znjan beach and then circular route drives you back to Brda . Line 11 ,14 and line 9 direct into the city port to go to the Ferry for Brač,Hvar.
