Hello our dear future guests. The apartments are located on the first floor (2 of them) and in the groundfloor (2 of them) of a house situated on a 3600 m2 property with lots of plants and trees. On the groundfloor we live as the owners and here are two more apartments. First floor is accessible via external stairs. On the first floor there are two apartments , and in the groundfoor there are also two apartments. Tourists renting the apartments can use the property for entertainment, including a 46 m2 (depth 130 cm) swimming pool (shared among all tourists) and table tennis. Pool area contains deck chairs and sunshades. The swimming pool is usable from June 1st to October 1st, and there is also a parking space available on the property (included ). For the barbecue please ask the host. The apartment ond the first floor has a shared terrace (50 m2) with the other apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has their own terrace table and chairs. The apartments in the groundfloor have their own terrace. The apartment can accommodate four people and has a living and dining room (with a sofa, table, chairs, and satellite TV), a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a kitchen (with dishes, microwave, refrigerator, water boiler and coffee machine). The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi is included. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. One pet is allowed for an additional fee of 5 euros per day (payable at the arrival to the host). There is no washing machine in the apartment, but the host can wash guest's clothes for a fee of 15 euros per machine.

The apartments are located in Veleniki, a small village that is approximately 5 kilometers away from Poreč and the sea. Poreč is a popular summer destination on the western coast of the Istrian Peninsula in the Republic of Croatia. The city has a rich history dating back almost 2000 years to the Roman era, which is evident in the city's street layout and cultural monuments. One of the most famous historical sites is the Euphrasian Basilica, which is protected by UNESCO. Poreč offers a variety of restaurants, bars, beaches, nightlife, and other attractions. Beaches are mostly stoney, offering bars and water activities. The nearby Istrian Peninsula offers numerous interesting places to visit from Poreč. There are also shops like Kaufland and Lidl, located approximately 5 kilometers away from the apartment.
