This is two bedroom apartment is full of natural light, air conditioned and with free Wi Fi. It features living room with sofa and flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It is modernly furnished, and for entertainment there is a flat screen TV. Bedroom is equipped with a comfy double bed, bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Other bathroom has two single beds. The apartment is on the third floor, no elevator. For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price.

This apartment is located in the center of the nightlife of the old part of Zadar. Bars work until midnight and then the guests go to nightclubs who are outside of the old city. Noise is not a problem because the apartment has a new, well soundproofed windows. In the apartment there is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room so there can sleep three people without any problems. Just outside the door you will find yourself in the bustle of the old town. A multitude of restaurants, bars and shops are located nearby. In this apartment you will feel the spirit of the old way of life in this city. On the main road there is paid per hour public parking, and free parking lot is 15 minutes of walking away.Excellent public transport. Bus stations and ports are five minutes of walk away. Nearby are landing ships that go on daily excursions to the National Park "Kornati" and Park of Nature Telascica. Excellent connections to the islands in the archipelago (example ferry to the island Ugljan runs every half hour).
